MoCCA (some memories)
oh, man. MoCCA was sure a fun time. i enjoyed hanging with all of you.
Highlight for me was Leontine Greenberg‘s little girl Nina who spoke with me about the different types of heads she pretends she is… (because of Igloo Head and Tree Head, FYI). Rag Head was the first one that came to her mind.
Another highlight, of course, was Nathan’s $1 watercolor portraits. those were sure popular. geez. and amazing looking.
here are some photo memories…
Nathan begins his very popular portrait paintings…
here are some of the portraits and their owners..
a lengthy line formed, you guys…
On Sunday, Nathan was not there. So i drew a few portraits.. here is one of them..
anyway, thanks for coming, everyone! you are all the best. collectively the best.

Wow, thanks for posting this! My large hair was so lovingly crafted. It was awesome to chat with you and Nathan on Saturday morning! Glad MoCCA was good to you!
It was great chatting with you again. I can’t wait to see the Fifth Element showdown!
How did I miss the $1 portraits? No doubt your shiny arts distracted my little magpie eyes. One more year, one more of your little business cards taped to the edge of my Cintiq. One day I will collect them all. Thanks for the chat and the book/print! See you in San Diego!
OMG, i am so envious of the fox-shirted girl and her amazing portrait!
That’s *Washcloth* Head, mister. Not “Rag Head”. Washcloth Head.
Oh man MoCCA was fantastic! Our Razputin exchange seriously made my day! I was so nervous I can’t even remember if I said thank you…so yeah, thanks!
0h wow. I wish I could have been there to get a portrait as well. Damn.
It was a pleasure meeting you! I hope to see what you’ll bring to next year’s festival.
omg! so jealous. those are all great portraits.
